A DDC Snapshot Spot is a great addition to any event to provide your guests with enjoyable souvenir photos.
Fun for birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, banquets, fundraisers, festivals, & more!
A DDC Snapshot Spot usually consists of a portable backdrop stand with a 5-foot wide solid color backdrop (normally 6 or 7-foot tall), banners and decorations to coordinate with your event theme, & many fun props for your guests to choose from. If your event is outdoors, an area at your event (such as a brick wall) may be incorporated instead of a DDC backdrop.

Snapshot Spot fees are:
$100 for first hour of service
$60 per hour for each additional hour
plus $0.75 per edited Snapshot Spot image
(includes sales tax )
Travel fee may be applicable depending on event location. Please contact me for more information.
Snapshot Spot fees include:
- Set up & clean up time at no additional charge
- Backdrop & fun props customized for your desired theme
- 1 USB of all edited Snapshot Spot images (4x6 sized) from your event with print release
- additional USB copy fee = $15/USB
- Public gallery on DDC website (images watermarked) for family & friends to view Snapshot Spot photos
- Optional: Password protected download gallery on DDC website for your event guests to view & download their Snapshot Spot photo
Customized Digital Souvenir Frame for Snapshot Spot photos taken at your event can be designed for an additional flat fee of $20.
Backdrop setup will be customized to your event theme. Many solid color backdrops available to choose from, or an outdoor area can be incorporated at your event.
Many fun props that coordinate with your theme will be available for your guests to use!
Other products available at additional cost include:
4x6 or 5x7 prints
3x4.5" photo magnets
6x4.5" or 8x6" hardcover photo book
Please inquire if there is a specific product in which you are interested. Special products, such as 2 or 3-photo collage prints, can be offered and are great for fundraiser events.
$60 deposit (non-refundable) is required to hold your date & to begin custom designing your Snapshot Spot theme. Balance due within 5 days after your event.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, or request to be invoiced via PayPal ($2 PayPal service fee applicable)
(Any returned item check fees will be the client's responsibility)
